Our jewellery is of the highest quality and is set in stamped 14ct solid  gold.
We do not use plated or rolled gold.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase ,due to it not matching the exact description of the listing or bcause it is faulty.
It must be returned within seven days along with all packaging.

For hygiene reasons we do not give refunds on post earrings if they have been worn unless faulty.

We dispatch all items within seven days of the payment being cleared. Deliveries are insured with the royal mail and where possible
we will dispatch multiple purchases in the same parcel.
